Thembisa teen is pageant finalist

Finalist in need of financial assistance

Thembisa's Itumelng Phasa (17), a Miss Teen SA finalist, is appealing to the public to sponsor her modelling career and help her dreams of becoming Miss Teenager South Africa (MTSA) come true.
Phasha is in need of sponsorship because the pageant does not cover any costs for her to demonstrate her ramp talents.
She's enlisting the services of fashion designers, nail technicians and a glam squad to help her achieve her dream of being crowned MTSA.
Phasha’s aim is to make her parents and kasi proud.
“Modelling appealed to me because it provided a platform for self-discovery, a place where I felt alive, a place I could call home, and it is my safe haven.
“I'm in this profession to show young girls in our communities that no matter what they've been through in life, they can make their goals a reality and that their background doesn't have to define their future. They can still be the person they want to be.
“I want to inspire others by sharing my story with the world and letting them know that loving and knowing yourself starts from within,” said Phasha.
