Kempton Park SPCA reminds readers of the steps to follow when they want to adopt a pet.

These are:
1. Check for animals that are up for adoption on Kempton Express or Kempton Park SPCA Facebook page.
2. Phone the office on 011 028 3203 to find out if they are still available. If yes, make an appointment for viewing and paperwork.
3. Normal adoption process takes place (meet and greet if applicable, property inspection [by appointment], sterilisation, etc).
4. You will be contacted to arrange collection.
