Help Ivory Park police find families of two people buried as paupers

The two died in 2010 and 2018 respectively and were buried as paupers.

Ivory Park detectives are calling on the families of two men, whose bodies were buried as paupers, to contact them.

“The Ivory Park SAPS is unable to publish photos.

“The two men died separately under different circumstances and places,” said Captain Ben Matimulane, Ivory Park SAPS spokesperson.

Matimulane said the two died in 2010 and 2018 respectively and were buried after their identities could not be confirmed.

“The 2010 victim was killed at Ext Nine, Ivory Park. The 2018 victim died next to a bridge in Duduza, Ivory Park.

Both are male,” added Matimulane.

Matimulane said anyone familiarised with the information and who knows of a person who disappeared at about the same time is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Benneth Sambo of Ivory Park SAPS on 073 440 1355.
