Awareness and support for CANSA at Glen Balad Mall

People’s hair was painted in different colours in support of and raising awareness for breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and members of the 24/7 Hair and Beauty Salon at Glen Balad Mall organised a breast cancer awareness campaign at the mall on October 15.

As part of the initiative, people had their hair sprayed in different colours and CANSA mugs, buffs and water bottles were also sold.

Some of the clients also donated their hair to CANSA to make wigs for cancer patients.
