Bold New Look. Same Warm Welcome:

Inside the Revamped Nando’s Croydon

The newly revamped Nando’s in Croydon isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a refreshed space designed for connection. The official opening brought together business owners, community leaders, and neighbours for an evening that was warm, vibey, and unmistakably Nando’s. Think good music, good energy, and a space that instantly feels like somewhere you want to spend time.

A Space Revamped and Reimagined

The Croydon restaurant has stepped confidently into a new era. The interiors pull from Nando’s South African roots in a modern, eye-catching way. Bold two-tone patterns flow through the space, creating the perfect backdrop for striking pendants designed by Thabisa Mjo’s Mash T Design Studio. The energy doesn’t stop inside. A hand painted motif wraps the exterior, grabbing attention and inviting people in before they even open the door.

Inside, warm shades of red bring the space to life. They highlight key features and create little moments of visual excitement throughout the restaurant. These pops of colour are paired with authentic olive leather stitched in red and beautifully textured solid timber finishes that add richness and depth.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of it all. The furniture pieces come from some of South Africa’s most exciting Designer Makers including Naturalis, Neil Grantham, Kalki Ceramics, and Pedersen + Lennard. And in true Nando’s style, the space is brought together by bold South African artwork that gives the restaurant its unmistakable personality and cultural warmth.

A Home for More Than Just Meals

Beyond the design, the refreshed Nando’s Croydon is a place for community. A spot to meet, connect, create, and celebrate. The launch event showed exactly that. Guests didn’t just walk through a new restaurant; they felt the energy of a space made for conversation, collaboration, and building something meaningful together.

Whether you are grabbing a meal, having a catch up, or bringing your team for a quick brain break, Nando’s Croydon is built to feel like home.

Make sure to visit and experience the unmistakable feeling that you’re in a place that could only be Nando’s. Oh, what a place!
