Police recover drugs and arrest 12 suspects in Ekurhuleni operations

Two Cat (cocaine) bags, 10 crystal methamphetamine bags, 17 Mandrax pills, four packets of dagga and 35 nyaope (heroin) ties were recovered in these separate incidents.

Benoni Flying Squad members arrested 12 suspects and recovered a variety of drugs between July 20 and 26.

The 12 suspects, aged between 22 and 46, were arrested for drug-related offences in Etwatwa at Barcelona Ext 34, Emaphupheni Ext 14, 4th Street and Mandela Section, Kempton Park in Long and Casuarina Streets, Ivory Park in Matiela Street and Kaalfontein Ext 7.
