Renovations completed on Harvest Road in Bredell

The newly refurbished Harvest Road in Bredell, Kempton Park, was formally opened by Andile Mngwevu (MMC for Transport Planning), David Sadiki (divisional head for planning and implementation) and Thandeka Kaba (Roads and Stormwater Department) on August 17.

Media officer for the City of Ekurhuleni Kelebogile Motlhomedi said that residents will now enjoy driving on the sleek road previously prone to accumulation of mud and clogging of the stormwater system when it rained.

“The scope of the work also included an upgrade of the stormwater system. The completion of the entire stretch of the road will follow in the new financial year,” said Motlhomedi.
