On May 24, the SAPS and other stakeholders visited SUB Lime Creche on Willow Street.
Kempton Park SAPS spokesperson Sargent Dipuo Ditshego said the visit was a celebration of Child Protection Week, which aims to raise awareness of children’s rights as articulated in the Construction of the Republic of South Africa and Children’s Act (Act 38 of 2000).

Abrokwa provided safety tips to teachers and learners. They were also supplied with important police contact numbers.
McDonald’s employees donated juice and seeds and a jumping castle was organised by Social Crime.
Abrokwa advised the teachers to make sure that learners are safe at all times and to report any form of abuse to the police.
