Kempton Park’s evolution: Striking images reveal the difference

Our virtual tour of Kempton Park reveals the stark difference between Google Maps images taken in 2009/2010 to the most recent ones.

Join us on a virtual tour of Kempton Park as we compare the most recent images available on Google Maps to show what several areas looked like in 2009/2010 and what they look like now.

Our first stop was Vlei Street overlooking Goodies Dam:

Next up is Rienert Avenue in Terenuer:

Then we took a look at Mooirivier Drive in Norkem Park focusing on the area’s most well-known feature:

We also stopped on Madauder Street with a view of the substation:

Our next stop was the iconic Kempton Park Hospital from the entrance of the facility:

Next up we had a look at the Kempton Park Fire Station
