A joint venture between KL Development and Moolman Group will see the brand-new development of Riverfield Business Park, a strategic component of the broader Riverfields Precinct.

Following the sod-turning ceremony on Friday, October 11, the development marks the beginning of a two-year construction phase.

“We are excited to celebrate the commencement of the Riverfield Business Park, which is the beginning of an exciting new venture and strategic partnership,” said Pieter Lombaard, CEO of Moolman Group.

“Moolman Group’s extensive experience in retail development, combined with KL Development’s credibility and expertise in industrial projects, will set a new standard in logistics warehousing and infrastructure, characterised by innovative design, operational efficiency, and sustainability.”

The Riverfield Business Park will offer secure, modern, and environmentally friendly purpose-built facilities, providing solutions for a wide range of industries.

“By incorporating the latest in architectural and engineering advancements, using technology to streamline operations and reduce environmental impact, our green building practices and energy-efficient solutions aim to create efficient and sustainable facilities,” said Rudi Sinden, chief operating officer at KL Development.

Construction of the Riverfield Business Park is expected to be completed by November 2026.
