Estate residents spread cheer with Santa Drive

The Kelvin Estate community recently came together to create a heartwarming and memorable Santa Drive for the children in the neighbourhood.

Adding to the holiday spirit, ward councillor Simon Lapping donned the Santa suit, delighting young and old with his jolly portrayal of the beloved Christmas figure.
