Support education through the Back to School Right to Learn Campaign
Help the Sanco Youth Desk give essential school supplies to underprivileged learners.

The South African National Civics Organisation, or South African National Civic Organisation (Sanco) Youth Desk, is gearing up for its annual Back to School Right to Learn Campaign that supports underprivileged students in various communities.
The campaign provides essential school supplies to those in need, ensuring every child can succeed in their educational journey.
The collection of school clothes, sanitary pads, stationery and food will go to schools in areas around Johannesburg south like The Hill, Thokoza, Palm Ridge, and Eden Park.

The donation deadline is January 25, and the supplies will be distributed on January 27.
On this day, the Sanco Youth Desk team will visit identified schools across Johannesburg south, which includes Zone 11, delivering much-needed resources.
“As part of our ongoing efforts to support and empower learners, Sanco collects items all students need but cannot always afford.
“Therefore, Sanco wants to help make learning the only priority on a child’s mind. With the help of our communities, this is possible,” said Sanco youth representative Xolile Nyhila.
You can drop off donations at the Joburg South Parliamentary Constituency Office on 57 De Villiers Street, Turffontein.
