Fair or Flawed? Review your property valuation today

Property owners have until June 25 to lodge their objections because the new valuation roll will be implemented on July 1, 2025.

The City of Ekurhuleni’s General Valuation Roll for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029, is now open for public inspection.

Members of the public who wish to lodge an objection to any entry in the valuation roll may do so by visiting their nearest Customer Care Centre or submitting their objection online.

To submit an objection online, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the City of Ekurhuleni website.
  2. Click on the Property Valuations tab.
  3. Select search property.
  4. Enter your municipal account number to access the property details.
  5. Register your objection against the specific property.
  6. Upload any supporting documents.
  7. Submit your objection to complete the process.
