New Millennium College matric class achieves outstanding results

Athini Maduna earned four distinctions and topped geography in Ekurhuleni North District.

The halls of New Millennium College echoed with celebration and pride as the 2025 Matric results were officially released, obtaining once again a 100% Passrate.

Among the many success stories that emerged this year, one name stood out as a shining example of perseverance, discipline, and academic excellence: Athini Maduna.

Maduna joined New Millennium College in 2020, at a time when the world was facing unprecedented uncertainty due to the global pandemic.

Over the years, her commitment never wavered. Her determination has now culminated in a remarkable achievement: She achieved four (4) distinctions and became the top achiever in geography in the whole Ekurhuleni North District, in the 2025 National Senior Certificate examinations.

Maduna achieved distinctions in: life sciences, geography, life orientation and tourism.

The principal stated that these subjects require not only intellectual capacity but also analytical skills, critical thinking, and a practical understanding of real-world issues. Her performance is a testament to her discipline and passion for learning.
