Notice is hereby given in terms of the Major Hazard Installation Regulations (promulgated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, No. 85 of 1993) that an MHI Risk Assessment has been conducted/updated for the establishment detailed below.
While classified as a Low Hazard Establishment under the regulations`meaning the thermodynamic and consequence modelling indicates that potential 1% fatality zones do not extend beyond the boundary lines into public areas`we are legally obligated and committed to informing our stakeholders.
