In pursuance of a Judgment of the COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION, MEDIATION & ARBITRATION held in KWAZULU NATAL DURBAN in the above mentioned suit, a sale without reserve will be held by the Sheriff for the Court on this 26 May 2026 at 10:00 at SIYABUSA TARPAULIN AND NET MANUFACTURES AT 8 SKIETLOOD STREET, ISANDO.

This is a Sale in Execution (auction) pursuant to a judgement obtained in the above Honourable Court. *b.The Rules of the Auction is available 24 hours prior to the Auction at the office of Sheriff Kempton Park and Tembisa,5 Anemoon Street, Glen Marais X 1,Kempton Park. *c. Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions,inter alia:
