TENDELLA Golden Oldies Rugby Club hosted a rugby tournament at Barnard Stadium.
Ten teams took part in games where there were no winners or losers.
According to Danie Groenewald of the Tendella Golden Oldies, all the players are only there for the love of rugby, thus the tournament does not have a winner.
He said anyone who loves rugby and loves playing it, is welcome – that is why their youngest member is Danie Groenewald (36) and their oldest member, Dolf Erasmus, is 72. They even have a player with an artificial leg, André van Niekerk.
