These members have been selected for the Eastern Gauteng team to take part in the SA national championships in September in Kempton Park. Back:  Lee Engelbrecht (1st self-defence, 3rd ground fighting and kumite), Frans Botha  (3rd self-defence), Marco de Carvallo (1st kumite, 2nd ground fighting, 3rd self-defence) and Shaun Urqard (1st self-defence, 2nd ground fighting, 3rd kumite). Absent: Marica Botha (2nd ground fighting, kumite, self-defence), Jacques Marais (3rd self-defence, kumite, ground fighting).
