On Saturday Kempton will take on Nigel at Barnard Stadium

THE first team of Kempton Park Rugby Club pulled off a 31-22 victory over Oos-Rand Polisie on Saturday after having lost their first encounter.

They pulled together and put their everything into the game, giving supporters a thrilling 80 minutes of rugby.

Tries were awarded to Tiaan Kasselman, Leonard Kapanga, JP Vermeulen, Jaco Kritzinger and Thinus Hattingh. André Smit converted three tries.

The second team demolished Police with a convincing 43-0 win. Tries awarded to Coenraad Klynhans, Brandon Eveleigh, Henry van Noorwyk, Danny Swarts, Ettienne Kinnear(also four conversions) and Eugene Hauptfleisch (2).

On Saturday Kempton will take on Nigel at Barnard Stadium. All three teams will be playing, kicking off with the U/21s at 1.15pm.

Please come down and support the boys for a very entertaining afternoon of Rugby.
