Social league starts well
The secretary of the Tembisa Masters Social League, Phuti Moloto, said the first round of the league went well.
“We are happy and proud that everyone behaved themselves. There were no fights or complaints. As the youth of Tembisa, we are trying hard to get to know each other and socialise through these games. Our aim is to pursue keep fit and abolish tribalism in the area. We are all South Africans,” he said.
Moloto said the league is appealing to other football players who are 32 and older to join.
“Registration is free and will be open until July 13. Our slogan is ‘maturing together as adults’,” said Moloto.
