The tournament was played at the Winnie Mandela, Zone 9 Sports Grounds on Sunday.
Ajax Mushi took home a prize of R3 200.
In the first half, Ajax Mushi scored a brace through the reliable striker Tshepo Teffo, just 28 minutes into the game.
The score was 2-0 at the end of the first half. In the second half, both teams came back with a good spirit and Arsanal midfielder, Charles Maisha, scored for his team.
Ajax Mushi absorbed the pressure and scored a third goal through Vincent Mushi.
Against the run of play, Arsanal put a second goal into the net through Matome Diale.
Stiga Chokwe sealed a 4-2 victory for Ajax Mushi after he received a well-timed pass from Teffo in the dying minutes of the game.
Ajax Mushi’s coach, Raymond Sebola, said he had only joined the tournament three weeks previously.
“I am grateful for the performance from my players on the field. It was amazing how they beat their opponents. It is a new beginning and we hope to retain the title, as it belongs to us,” he said.
