Pool summer league will start soon

THE Extremely Social Pool (ESP)  winter league is coming to an end with only the singles, doubles, team semi-final, final play-offs and prize-giving remaining before the summer season kicks off on September 29.

The singles and doubles tournaments will take place on Saturday at Pool Junction in Kempton Park.

The team event semi-final and final play-offs will be played the following Saturday, October 4, at Rockabilly’s in Edenvale.

This event will showcase the 12 best teams in the league, where top quality pool will be played. The top four teams will fight it out to become social league champions.

The four middle teams, called the Pretenders, will play off for fifth to eighth spot. The bottom four teams will play off for the mugs champions.
