KEMPTON Park Junior Cricket Club will host a golf day on at Kempton Park Golf Club on April 16 to raise funds for the club.
The premier league has been won by the club eight times in the past nine years, while the junior club is the biggest junior club in the union. They currently have 15 teams with close to 220 boys competing every weekend.
Maintaining high standards and facilities is a difficult task for the committee.
The cost to enter a fourball is R2 000, including dinner and prize-giving.
To sponsor a hole (hole 1, 18 and all par 3s) is R1 500 and all other holes R1 000.
A betterball stableford will be played.
