Swimmers compete at level 1 champs

A small group of swimmers from Aquatic Academy took part in the Level 1 regionals at Ellis Park.

Once again swimmers from all around Africa attended, including clubs in Nairobi, Namibia and Mozambique.

Four swimmers primarily posted points on the score board for ESP. Keara Bothma qualified for five finals, winning two silver medals.

Caitlin Ashford qualified for three finals and won a bronze. Ciaran Loubster qualified for two finals and Brooklyn Bohler for six.

All the swimmers swam personal best times. Aiden Ristow, Danika Brechenmacher and Morne du Plessis were competing at this level for the first time.
