Kempton Park kickboxers bring home six gold medals from SAs

The team also brought home four silver and one bronze medal.

Ten kickboxers from two Kempton Park kickboxing clubs represented Eastern Gauteng at the South African championships in Oudtshoorn at the end of April.

Seven were from International Sport Fighting Organisation (ISFO) in Glen Marais and three from NOVA.

Five of them won six South African titles. The team also brought home four silver and one bronze medal.

Gold medals: Westley van der Walt (semi contact and light continuous), Logan Lombard (semi contact), Mikayla Humphris (semi contact), Brittany Crocker (semi contact), Claude St Arnaud Jnr (semi-contact).

Silver medals: Marc St Arnaud (semi-contact, light continuous and kick light), Magda van Niekerk (semi contact).

Bronze medals: Lukas Meyer (semi contact).
