Tembisa Hustlers outsmarted at home
It’s not clear what Hustlers' coach told his troops during the interval because they came out guns blazing
Midrand FC cruised to a 3-1 victory over their rivals, the Tembisa Hustlers, during a friendly tie on Saturday at the Ntshonalanga Stadium.
The visitors from Midrand made their intentions known early on in the game when they opened scoring encounters through Nkosinathi Malope, to put them in the lead.
They could have easily doubled their lead, but Alex Nkosi missed a clear scoring opportunity in the 39th minute into the first stanza.
On the other end, the home team pressed harder for an equaliser that never came. Just in the stroke of the first period, the visitors struck again to make it 2-0.

It’s not clear what Hustlers’ coach told his troops during the interval because they came out guns blazing and threw in everything they had to get back in the game.
Their hard work paid off as they pulled one back in the 71st minute of the game. After this goal, the home team looked solid on the back and confident going forward and could have levelled matters, but wasted a number of goal-scoring opportunities.
They were severely punished when Bentjie Ramabu bounced back and stole the visitors’ third goal to make it 3-1.
This was the final nail in the coffin, with the home side seemingly throwing in the towel. It was too little too late for them to produce a comeback from this hammering.
