Kickboxers pile up medals at development tournament

The tournament took place at Kempton Park Indoor Sport Centre.

These ISFO Glen Marais and Nova kickboxers won medals at a development tournament. Front: Keagan Norman, Dylan Lombard, Mikayla Humphris, George van der Westhuizen and Logan Lombard. Kickboxers from ISFO Glen Marais and Nova competed at a recent development tournament at Kempton Park Indoor Sports Centre.

Even though this tournament is called a development tournament, all belts were welcome, from white belt to black belt.

These kicboxers won medals:

Gold: George van der Westhuizen (semi-contact and light continuous), Logan Lombard (semi-contact), Jamie Bezuidenhout (semi-contact), Magda van Niekerk (semi-contact), Michael Olivier (for semi-contact), Tiaan Visser (gold light continuous), Westley van der Walt (semi-contact and light continuous), Marc St Arnaud (semi-contact).

Silver: Keagan Norman (semi-contact and light continuous), Mikayla Humphris (semi-contact), Logan Lombard (light continuous), Tiaan Visser (semi-contact), Jacques Lombard (semi-contact), Marc St Arnaud (light continuous and kick light).

Bronze: Dylan Lombard (semi-contact), Jamie Bezuidenhout (light continuous).
