Kempton Park loses to Daveyton

Kempton Park SAPS soccer team faced Daveyton SAPS in the SAPS Ekurhuleni North/Central league.
The match was played at Kreft rugby field on September 15.
The game was a tight affair that saw the side from Daveyton come out on top by beating Kempton 5-3.
With a small crowd gathering next to the pitch, the game got underway with the home side the favourites.
The home side was leading the charge in the first half but struggled to find the back of the net. Halftime was 0-0.
The second half saw a momentum shift for Daveyton as they scored three quick goals.
Kempton Park didn’t give up and responded with two goals.
Unfortunately, defensive mistakes allowed Daveyton to close out the match.
The Kempton Park SAPS team will travel to take on Benoni SAPS team on September 22.
