Clegg unplugged at The Palace in February

Ticket prices start from R180 a person

One of South Africa’s greatest musical exports, Johnny Clegg, will be live and unplugged at Emperors Palace on February 13 and 14.

A musician, anthropologist, French knight and recipient of the Order of the British Empire, Clegg is one of South Africa’s most treasured artists, as well as an internationally recognised Grammy and Billboard award winner.

During the month of love, Clegg fans will have the opportunity to see him live at the Theatre of Marcellus.

Spanning three decades of ground breaking record hits, the talented entertainer has proved himself to be an outstanding musical ambassador and is known for his energetic stage performances. Audiences can look forward to dancing to “Cruel, Crazy Beautiful World”, “Scatterlings of Africa”, “I Call Your Name”, “Impi”, “Great Heart” and “African Sky Blue”.

The show will not only feature his biggest hits, but Clegg will also explain the lyrics and the stories behind the lyrics. Having enjoyed massive success, this series of intimate, unplugged shows have been sold out all over the country and will leave fans wanting more.

Ticket prices start from R180 a person, with dinner and show packages available from R360 a person. The show on February 13 will start at 8pm and Valentine’s Day at 3pm.
