Something’s brewing at the second Cheers Beer Festival

The Cheers Beer Festival will provide an interactive and experiential platform to enjoy one of South Africa’s favourite pastimes

CRAFT beer fans can look forward to sampling some of South Africa’s refreshingly unique brews at the Cheers Beer Festival on June 10 at the Red Roman Shed at Emperors Palace.

The event will kick off at noon and will feature a wide variety of artisanal drinks and gourmet food stalls, showcasing South Africa’s most talented brewers, distillers and producers of quality craft liquor.

The Cheers Beer Festival will provide an interactive and experiential platform to enjoy one of South Africa’s favourite pastimes – enjoying a cold one!

Visitors will have the opportunity to sample an exquisite range of craft beers produced by local micro-breweries, including Boston Brewery, Growler Brewing Company, Smack Republic and Cederberg Brewery.

In addition, tasty gourmet street food will satisfy any hunger and visitors can also look forward to plenty of live entertainment throughout the day.

Rugby fans can also enjoy the South Africa versus France rugby test match, live on a big screen at 5pm.

Tickets are limited and are R100 a person (including a complimentary beer glass). Tickets can be purchased through the Emperors Palace Box Office or Computicket.
