Youth concert to be staged at church
This year they are launching the brand Dance 4 Purpose with the idea of expanding their services to other areas.
THE MES Youth Enrichment Programme will visit Kempton Park on October 13 with its new stage production, Priceless.
Since 2011 this programme has produced six high-quality musical productions.
These productions are original pieces that showcase the discipline and talent of the youth of the inner-city.
Being part of a dance centre that strives for excellence gives the youth purpose and restores their self-worth. This year they are launching the brand Dance 4 Purpose with the idea of expanding their services to other areas.
Three of the programme’s own youths have been empowered to be dance coaches and currently they have about 100 high school learners participating in activities.
After performing the new show on the stage of the Hillbrow Theatre they are now taking it on the road. You will not only enjoy an entertaining production that inspires hope but you will be given the opportunity to partner with MES and make a difference.
Priceless will be staged at Gateway Presbyterian Church, Plot 18, Dann Road, Glen Marais at 7pm. Donations will be asked at the door.
