Meat World brings music festival to Tembisa

Kwesta is coming to entertain Tembisa residents.

Meat World Music Festival will entertain customers at Kaalfontein Corner Shopping Centre on March 3.

The music festival will be a celebration of Meat World’s opening of a new branch in Tembisa at 1278 Angelfish Street, corner Main Road, Kaalfontein, Tembisa.

“This is our 15th branch and we are very excited about the location in Tembisa.

“The other Meat Worlds are located in Alberton, Boksburg, Comaro Crossing, Centurion, Daveyton, Edenvale, Elardus Park, Krugersdorp, Nelspruit, Northcliff, Rustenburg, Springs, Verwoerd Park and Wonderboom,” says Angelino Perreira, managing director of the Meat World Group of Companies.

He said the very popular Meat World Music Festival will also be staged on Saturday from 9am.

“This year’s festival includes the superstar Kwesta, Cenestra Male Choir and DJ Dazzie Funk.

“The Meat World Music Festival has grown into a tradition whenever we open a new branch, and we are ecstatic to do the same in Tembisa,” says Perreira.

He said the festival is Meat World’s way of giving something back to the communities that supported them in the past, and that will stay loyal to them in the future.

Entry to the Meat World Music Festival is free of charge.

People are advised to make their way to the Kaalfontein Corner Shopping Centre before 9am on Saturday to ensure a good spot.

“And remember to bring a camping chair or blanket and an umbrella, because we are going to have a festival of note,” says Perreira.
