Yummie food on the menu at church fête

It will take place at the church on the corner of Miller and Protea streets from 11am to 4pm

A day of delicious food and fun awaits visitors to the fête of Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church on September 2.

It will take place at the church on the corner of Miller and Protea streets from 11am to 4pm.

Dishes from various countries will be on sale, including Indian, Portuguese, Chinese, Zimbabwean and African traditional food. Not to forget South African wors rolls, hamburgers and potjiekos.

Also on the menu are pancakes, vetkoek, pickles and jams, sweet treats and ice cream.

The fête also features a kiddies corner, cake and tea garden, bar, books, raffles, handcrafts, jewellery, beads, plants and tombola.
