New Nissan Magnite B-SUV is coming to South Africa
The new Nissan Magnite is scheduled to go on sale in SA in early 2021.
Nissan is set to expand its SUV stable with the unveiling of the Magnite B-SUV that signifies another milestone in the brand’s NEXT.
Scheduled to go on sale in SA in early 2021, the Nissan Magnite features a bold, fresh design that comes courtesy of all-LED front light package that includes L-shaped daytime running lights, stylish slim LED headlamp and edgy grille.
The grille houses Nissan’s fresh new logo that debuted a few months ago.
Stepping inside the Magnite you are greeted by what Nissan promises to be a spacious interior bolstered with an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
There is also a 7-inch thin-film-transistor instrument screen.
Powering the Magnite is an all-new HRA0 1.0-litre Turbo engine that can be had with a five-speed manual transmission or an X-Tronic CVT gearbox.
To let buyers tackle minor off-road ventures, the Magnite features 205 mm of ground clearance and comes fitted with Hill Start Assist technology, silver front and rear bumper skid plates, and functional roof rails.
It also comes with Nissan’s 360-degree Around View Monitor technology.
Safety comes courtesy of an impact absorbing efficient body structure, ABS, EBD, HBA, VDC, TCS, HSA, speed-sensing door locks, central locking and SRS dual airbag system with pretension & load limiter seatbelt for driver and passenger.
Pricing will be communicated closer to the start of sales in 2021.
