TZANEEN: ‘BENSKY’ party-parents get ready!

A so called WhatsApp message tells of a ‘Bensky’ party being planned to take place tomorrow evening, February 16 in Arbor Park in Tzaneen.

A ‘Whatsapp’ message which has been doing the rounds in the Tzaneen area has been confirmed to be true by Merensky High School.

The message tells of a ‘Bensky’ party being planned to take place tomorrow evening, February 16 in Arbor Park in Tzaneen.

The party is mainly aimed at the Merensky and Ben Vorster learners, with the goal being a ‘Bensky’ (Ben Vorster and Merensky) party.

“The message contains an advertisement saying that the party will take place at a location called ‘The Traphouse’ in Arbor Park tomorrow evening,” according to Merensky deputy principal, Fransie le Roux.

The schools would like to notify and alert parents of this party and request that they do not allow their children to attend said party, as it is not condoned by the schools.

It is very important to the schools that parents are aware of the party and do not allow their children to go so as to avoid an unfortunate and disastrous repeat of the 2011 accident which involved both Merensky and Ben Vorster learners.
