Hoedspruit: Company treats dedicated staff

Nourish, a non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting local communities, promoting social responsibility and environmental education, treated its well deserving staff whom have shown hard work and dedication to a day out at the Kruger National Park on April 15.

“Like our Green Kidz, many of the adults from the Hoedspruit local communities have never seen wildlife with their own eyes before,” stated Sarah Bergs, founder of Nourish. “The team day was therefore a feast of new sightings and experiences including a dip in the pool,” she further stated.

The day also included an interesting lecture at the Satara Environmental Education Centre which made learning complete.

“As our team members all work with local children either at the Nourish Library and Eco-Village or at Green Kidz schools, the knowledge gained on this day will spread far and wide,” she further stated.

“How can we expect people to educate children if they haven’t experienced it themselves, we believe in building resilient communities one person at a time,” Bergs concluded.
