Police Minister Fikile Mbalula has shared another video of a man who did not think clearly when buying his sports car, as it seems like getting in and out of it could be a daily struggle. In the video, the man can be seen trying to get out of the car, but struggles.

He then decides to take a break, then resumes, to no avail.
