Tbose releases a new single ‘Ghetto’

One of Dan Village music jewels has released another club banging single. Thabo Mokgolobotho, known to his hiphop fans as 'Tbose Wanitsakisa', says that he is excited about his new song titled 'Ghetto'.

Mokgolobotho says his passion for rap music started from a young age.

“I was inspired by American hiphop artist, Busta Rhymes, and I later realised that I could do the same thing he was doing in my own language (Xitsonga),”Mokgolobotho explained.

His new song can be found on Malwela online store. The rapper is also working on releasing his E.P (Extended Play or a half album) which Ghetto will also form part of. In 2015, Tbose won Best Hustler category at the Malwela Music Awards held in Polokwane.

He is signed under the Gt-mania, a record label which represents local young and upcoming artists. The label is led by ZillaSA, a young producer who nurtures local talent, specifically those from Dan Village.

Mokgolobotho has worked with different artists in the past such as; Tsen Money; Kuzy-brown, a Nigerian artist; Malle; Nthabiseng and Royal T. He is currently looking for a sponsor or anyone who can help support his musical projects, as he currently finds it difficult to finance some of his projects.

“I urge local businesses and politicians to start laying a helping hand in young and upcoming musicians projects, because it keeps them motivated to do good,” he said. For more information and for bookings contact ZillaSA at 071 847 0278 and on facebook Thabo-tbose Mokgolobotho
