TZANEEN: Gather round in support of #iamawinterknight

Support our local Round Table club this Saturday at NTT Toyota.

It is the time of year yet again when the air is chilly, the fire’s burn warmest and blankets, food and warm clothes are needed the most.

For those people who need most what we don’t need, this is a time of year where donations are imperative to their survival, as they might not be able to afford luxuries that we deem everyday items.

To make sure these people get what they need, Round Table Tzaneen 96 will be holding their annual Winter Knights project at NTT Toyota Tzaneen this Saturday, July 22 where they are hoping to receive donations of old clothes, tinned food, blankets and cash from the people of Tzaneen to help make life a whole lot easier (and warmer) for the less fortunate.

To you, your child’s old hoodie and tracksuit might be extra baggage on your vacations.

Or that tin of peaches you were going to have with your ice cream after dinner, but didn’t, so now it’s just rotting away?

How about that old blanket you’ve been thinking of giving to the dogs? Don’t forget about those who need these more than you do, because to you these are extras, but to the right people, they are the difference between life and death.

So, don’t forget who needs these most, and visit NTT Toyota Tzaneen this Saturday and make your donation to Round Table Tzaneen 96’s Winter Knights project.

Oh, and by the way, they’ll be selling boerewors rolls too, so make sure you come with a full wallet and an empty stomach.
