Ingredients
- 2 cups Harvestime Mix Veg
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder (add less if you prefer less heat)
- 2 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes – or 3 to 4 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a large pot on medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until softened, then add the garlic.
- Add in the beef mince and simmer until water dries out.
- Add in the mixed herbs and chilli powder.
- Next add the tomatoes, tomato paste, a dash of water, and the Worcestershire sauce.
- Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes before adding in the Harvestime mixed veg.
- Cook for 8 – 10 minutes until veggies have softened.
- Serve with pap or rice.
