Eskom gives confusing report on load shedding

What comes after stage 3 of load shedding? The boss level?

No load shedding has been scheduled according to Khulu Phasiwe from Eskom‘s media desk yet neighboring areas such as Roodepoort were left without electricity on the morning of Monday 9 February.

During the telephone conversation with theĀ heraldĀ Phasiwe said, “The risk of load is medium to high, 50 per cent if we are talking percentages. the reason for this is that a number of generators that were expected to be back are not yet back. We are starting the week on a low but we have enough generation capacity to meet demand today (Monday 9 February).”

He continued “We have not declared load shedding at this time.”
