Load shedding stage one implemented

'Load shedding as a result of a shortage of capacity.'

It looks like take out for some Eskom customers tonight as the major power utility implements stage one of load shedding from 6pm to 10pm on Tuesday.

According to the Eskom Media Desk twitter account, the load shedding is as a result of a shortage of capacity.

According to the Randfontein load shedding schedule, Robinpark, Robertson Hospital, Lenmed Hospital, Part of Greenhills, Part of Homelake, Bongweni Village, Azaadville, Randfontein Golf Club, Randfontein Central from Hectorton to 6th Street will be hit with load shedding.

In addition to this, Westergloor, Toekomsrus, Finsbury, Kocksoord, Peace Haven, Ten Acres, Middelvlei, Pelzvale, Randfontein South, Aureus 3 will be affected.

Lastly, Mohlakeng, Aureus 1, Part of Culemborgpaark, Oasis Monor, Nola, Part of Randfontein Central will also be affected.
