Load shedding stage 2 to start the day

Electricity giant, Eskom, implemented load shedding stage one in the early hours of Friday morning and has since upgraded the stage to stage two.

The reason for moving over to a higher stage is as a result of an increased demand and a shortage of generation capacity according to Eskom’s official twitter account.
