Load shedding to hit R’fontein
Randfontein to be affected by load shedding from 6pm.
Eskom has announced load shedding stage 1 from 4pm to 5pm and said that load shedding stage 2 will be implemented from 5pm to 10pm tonight.
Randfontein will not be affected by load shedding stage 1 but will unfortunately be affected from 6pm in stage 2 according to the Eskom load shedding schedule.
Affected areas in stage 2 from 6pm:
• Westergloor, Toekomsrus, Finsbury, Kocksoord, Peace Haven, Ten Acres, Middelvlei, Pelzvale, Randfontein South, Aureus 3.
Affected areas should stage 3 be implemented:
• Randgate, Randpoort, Eikepark, Helikon Park, Culemborg Park, part of Homelake, park of Greenhills, Wheatlands, Loumarina, Bootha AH, Ooster Plotte, Elandsvlei, Sewage Farm.
• Westergloor, Toekomsrus, Finsbury, Kocksoord, Peace Haven, Ten Acres, Middelvlei, Pelzvale, Randfontein South, Aureus 3.
