#MandelaDay: Estate agency reaches out to car guards

Local estate agency decided to hand out blankets to car guards at Tambotie Mall on Mandela Day.

Car guards serve a big purpose in keeping our valuables safe which is why Polomino Properties reached out to them on Mandela Day.

The above estate agency decided to take the opportunity and hand out blankets to the car guards at Tambotie Mall.

The very cold weather convinced us to get blankets and give out to car guards as they are protecting us and our cars on a daily basis,” said Amanda Nel.

She added, “These car guards have to endure the cold during winter months and by using these blankets it will make their daily jobs a little bit easier.”

John Mutamiri, one of the car guards said, “We are all so happy that customers support what we do.”

Oscar Dube, another car guard told the Herald the blankets will keep them warm during the very cold days.

Estate agent Alicia Nel wants to challenge other business owners to also make a difference this week for Mandela Day.

“Remember no action is too big or small to make a difference,” said Alicia.
