West Rand Flying Squad seizes house burglary gear and drugs

The West Rand Flying Squad arrested two perpetrators in separate incidents involving stolen goods, burglary equipment and drugs.

The West Rand Flying Squad (WRFS) continues to patrol our streets and recently shared details of their latest arrests.

According to WRFS spokesperson Karen du Plessis, two people were arrested between March 2 and 8.

On the evening of March 2, police stopped and arrested a person for the theft of a CCTV camera valued at R3 000.

On March 8, at around 15:30, police received a complaint in Dan Pienaarville and arrested a person for being in possession of house burglary equipment and drugs. The value of the items is not yet known.
