VIDEO: Witness the fitness this winter

A ripped to the core teen shared his secrets to getting into shape.

Winter is here and for some the fight against putting on winter weight will be a fierce fight.

Hardus Jacobs is an 18-year-old 57kg teenager who has a passion for training and is ripped to the max. He has increased his weight from 47kg for his boxing weight class for a fuller body look.

Hardus discovered his passion for training after starting boxing when he was just a young child. Besides his strenuous training at the Randgate Boxing Club and Academy, he trains five days a week and on three of the five, he trains twice a day.
