Man dies in train hopping accident
A man was killed on Sunday when he tried to board a moving train in Mountain View.
A man was killed on Sunday when he was struck by a train in Mountain View.
Best Care ambulance service spokesperson Xander Loubser said this happened around 16:30 at the Mountain View train station.
The man was declared dead on the scene.
“Metro Rail staff said he tried boarding the train while it was moving,” Loubser said.
Hercules police spokesperson Captain Bonginkosi Msimango could not be reached for comment.
