Police looking for six Forest Hill mall robbers
A search is on for the six men who robbed an Edgars store at Olievenhoutbosch on Wednesday.
A business was robbed at the Forest Hill City at Olievenhoutbosch near the N14 Highway on Wednesday.
Police spokesperson Tumisang Moloto said six men broke into an Edgars store and stole valuable items.
“They apparently gained entry around 06:00 after breaking the exit door. They took several fragrance items displayed on the floor.”
Moloto said the six men then broke into a storeroom and took a number of cellphones, the combined value of which was not immediately clear.
“The police will be monitoring closed circuit television footage to assist them with the investigation. A business burglary docket was opened at the Olievenhoutbosch police station.”
