Man hospitalised after being stabbed during fight
A man was stabbed in Heuwelwoord after he was allegedly involved in a fight.

A 55-year-old man was seriously injured when he was stabbed with a paint scraper in Centurion on Monday night.
Centurion Concerned Citizens spokesperson Hannes Du Buisson said two men were involved in a fight in Heuweloord which ended in a stabbing.
“The man that was stabbed is recovering in hospital while his stabber is still at large after he fled the scene.”
Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann said paramedics arrived at the scene and found a man who was assaulted with a paint scraper.
“Reports from the scene indicate that two men were involved in an argument when the incident took place. The injured man was treated at the scene and transported to a hospital for further medical care,” she said.
Police spokesperson Captain Agnes Huma said no charges were laid at the Wierdabrug police station.
